How much is the Shipping Charge? You can select from three different shipping methods, as described below. Charges can be viewed automatically from the "Review Order" page before confirmation.

We offer the following options shipment to addresses within the United States: Standard (either residential or business) which will ship Fedex Ground, Fedex Home Delivery or UPS Ground depending on the item and shipping address. Express Shipping via Fedex Shipping rates for standard based on weight and destination zip code. Rates calculated are actual Fedex ground rates. When will my order arrive? To calculate when you will receive your order, you will need to consider the availability of the items you are ordering as well as the shipping option you select. Each item on our site states when it will be available to ship from our warehouse. This time frame needs to be added to the time frame outlined in the shipping method you have chosen to determine when your order will arrive. Standard Shipping on any item that is in stock takes anywhere from 1 to 5 business days.

NOTE that Radio Flyer items take 1-3 days for the order to be processed so this is in addition to shipping time

If paying with PayPal, go through our normal checkout process choosing PayPal as your payment method.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, a refund request can be made within 30 days of placing your order under these circumstances: 1.) The item has not been assembled or used in any way. 2.) The item is still in its original factory packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable and a re-stocking fee of 10% of the purchase will be charged. No refunds or credits after 30 days. 3.) All returns will be refunded back via the original payment method

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS Damages in shipping occur rarely, but please contact us immediately in the event. DO NOT DISCARD THE ORIGINAL BOX AND PACKAGING MATERIALS! Please provide us with your order number. We will than submit a claim to the carrier.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS Out of stock items usually ship within 7-10 business days. Any orders placed containing out of stock items will receive an email stating the status of the backorder. Unless we receive a request to cancel the order, all items will be shipped immediately when received in stock.
