Physical Disabilities
Physical disabilities are those affecting the physical movements and motor control. Some examples of types of physical disabilities are multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, cerebral palsy and spina bifida.
Toys that have been specifically used by therapists and parents of children with physical disabilities include:
- Rib It Ball with its unique rib design keeps the Rib It Ball within reach so children experience more hands-on play time instead of frustrating chase time.
- Wedgits fit together easily and have bright colors making them an ideal building toy for children with physical delays.
- Monkey Balance Board is a cute balance board useful for those children needing to work on motor skills, balance and coordination.
